There is no refunds , If there is an issue with an account we will issue a replacement.

Engaging in a chargeback, will get you banned from the store/discord.

When the warranty has reached 12 hours, your warranty for that account is void.

Accounts warranty :

Whether its NFA or FA accounts, both have a warranty of 12 hours.

Replacements do not get their own warranty.
